Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped, which will include tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges and delivery estimates will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Due to the unique and handcrafted nature of our products, delivery times vary based on item availability, customization, and shipping location:

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic – EU): Typically arrives within 3-7 business days.

  • International Shipping (Worldwide): Typically arrives within 38 business days, depending on your region.

Special Orders & Custom Pieces

Custom and made-to-order items require additional production time. Estimated timelines will be communicated clearly during the ordering process.

Shipping Locations

We offer shipping within Croatia, across Europe, and internationally worldwide. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us directly at logniture@gmail.com to discuss alternative shipping arrangements.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages

In the unlikely event your item arrives damaged, please immediately notify the courier, especially if you see that the package is damaged from the outside. We will promptly evaluate the issue and work with you to provide a satisfactory resolution.
